Reliance Student Medical Insurance - Exclusions
Reliance student Policy does not cover:
- Events occurring before the start/outside policy period
- Medical treatment abroad being the sole reason or one of the reasons for temporary stay abroad
- Any claim if the Insured Person
- is traveling against the advice of a physician
- is receiving, or is on a waiting list to receive, specified medical treatment
- has received terminal prognosis for a medical condition
- is taking part in a naval, military or air force operation
- Deductibles as specified in the Schedule
- Any claim arising out of diseases, illnesses or accidents that the Insured Person has caused intentionally or by committing a crime or under the influence of intoxication
- Any claim arising out of mental disorder, anxiety, stress, depression, venereal disease or any loss attributable to HIV or any related illness or mutant derivative or variations
- War and nuclear perils or Any act of terrorism
- Any claim arising out of sporting activities of professional orsemi-professional nature, unless declared beforehand & additional premium paid
